We guarantee all garments for 7 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaws or defect. No exchanges will be processed after 7 days of receipt.

At Medora, we take great care in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Due to the intimate nature of our garments, all purchases are final, and we are unable to accept returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched and delivered.
Final Sale Commitment
Our compression garments are considered personal-use items and cannot be returned or refunded after dispatch and delivery. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product, free from any risk of contamination.

Please take accurate measurements before ordering, as we do not accept returns for sizing issues once the garment has been worn or its packaging opened.
All purchases from Medora™ are final sale. Once an order has been confirmed, dispatched and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, or refunded — even if the product does not meet personal preferences.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange in the following cases:
1. Size Exchange
If your garment does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange under these conditions:
✔ The item is unworn, with all original packaging unopened and intact.
✔ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Stock is available in the requested size.
2. Defective Product Replacement
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item. To qualify:
✔ The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging.
✔ Proof of defect (photos or video) must be provided for review.
How to Request an Exchange

2️. Submit Your Request – Provide your order number, specify if the request is for sizing or a defect, and include photos if needed.
3️. Follow Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide exchange details.
All shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.
